Do Minimalist and Gymless Fitness Setup
2:08 PMI've forced myself to get into a healthy lifestyle without stepping a foot in the gym - who goes to the gym anyway, it's boring, it's stationary, and it's full of ego. Instead, I approached this transition by using ways that I enjoy doing, it does not require any overhead, and does not need any fancy gears because after all, we're aiming to do minimalist. So here's a list of the avenues that I have used to make this change: running, biking, and actually working-out as in working doing yard work, deferred home maintenance, or anything that will keep me just moving.
